Do you want to automatically glue your bearings?

With Robatech’s multiple application heads, you can apply hot glue to the floor of the bed in multiple strips. Thus, you can glue the side panels or the mattress inner layer without wasting time. A wide portfolio of different application heads is available for gluing sponge and flooring layers with dashed line or spray application.

Our application solutions apply adhesives precisely. It is easy to program application patterns and glue shots and quick to change formats. In this way, you can carry out your mattress production with the ideal equipment for “just in time production”.

Do you prefer manual application on your production line?

If the mattress components are to be glued individually, manual dashed line or spray application is often the first choice. Our ergonomic hot glue guns are well suited for this; because it is easy to use and prevents fatigue quickly. Handguns can be optionally equipped with a nozzle for dashed line or spray application.

Do you manufacture package (bag) springs?

We have an intermittent application solution for gluing package springs and spring strips, which also saves glue. Our application heads, e.g. It can be easily and quickly adapted to different production speeds or package (bag) spring formats, with separate on/off feature for each nozzle or flexible adjustment of different application angles. The glue is applied precisely and reproducibly.
