Dellsa Kimya’s company owners, Samed Altıntaş and Egemen Toprak shared the future goals and mission of
their newly established company with Sleeptech magazine.
Altıntaş, explaining many topics from the production line to exports, from fair organizations to short, medium and long-term plans, gave the following statements by talking about his long-term plans; in the interview with our magazine editor, Furkan Akar; “In the long run, the main goal is to provide services, to offer products, to make connections and sales points in every country and on every continent. For that purpose, Dellsa Kimya has been taking firm steps towards realizing all of its goals, step by step since the day it was founded.”
As a newly established company, can you talk about the role you have chosen for yourself in the sector and the road map you will follow?
DELLSA KİMYA provides services to the sector as a company that aims to gain customer satisfaction and appreciation by producing the highest quality at the most affordable price, and to make its name and quality felt in the shortest time possible both in Turkey and in the global market with the innovation and new sales techniques it will create.
DELLSA KİMYA and APEX brand were established by the members of the board of directors who have experience in the manufacture and marketing of adhesives used in the field of furniture (upholstery, sofa, spring mattress, office furniture…). In this context, DELLSA KİMYA, aiming to be the leader of its sector, produces flammable or non-flammable adhesives that can be applied with a gun or brush and used in areas such as soft furniture, office furniture, shoes, construction, insulation and automotive. It plans to export its adhesives to Europe, the Middle East, the United States and other world countries, and to take place in the domestic market and national economy with its name and quality.
What kind of portfolio do you intend to create in the production line?
A fast and safe automation system has started to be established in the production line that will help the development of the sector. In this context, our first priority in the production line has been determined as the health and safety of our personnel.
In terms of product options, we want to be a company that offers different options to our customers by offering an unusual product range. The feedback we have received so far encourages us in this regard. Unlike a standard adhesive, we entered the market with product options that will make our users and vendors feel the APEX quality at the first moment.
How do you plan to follow an export path? Are there any countries that are your primary target in this regard?
As it can be understood from the title of our company, the main target is to have a say in the world market, exporting. In this context, it has taken its first steps globally by opening an office in Istanbul and the United States of America/Miami.
In addition, Dellsa Kimya currently exports directly to 30 countries. The first real target is to be able to export to 60 countries at the end of the year. As I mentioned above, Dellsa Kimya continues its efforts to trade with all countries of the world from Ankara, the capital of our country, in order to provide service, offer products, establish connection and sales points in all continents, starting with the United States of America, the Americas and the European Continent, the Middle East and North Africa. .
Will you participate in the fairs that are planned to be organized at home and abroad? How important are fairs for you?
Our board of directors and sales team, who are experienced in fairs, follow the activities planned for the sector in the country and abroad. It is an undoubted fact that the fairs contribute to the acquisition of a new customer portfolio and the development of the personnel in the field of sales and marketing. For this purpose, it plans to take part in all fairs such as mattress, furniture, furniture sub-industry around the world, which are important in the name of the sector, even as a visitor, if not as a participant.
Can you tell us about your short, medium and long-term plans and goals for the future?
As Dellsa Kimya, in the short term, the needs in the sector were first identified and a valuable and experienced staff was formed in the field of sales and marketing. Pilot and virgin sales areas were determined, and the sales and marketing potential in the target regions were evaluated.
In the medium term, expanding the customer portfolio and finding new markets has been determined as the first target. In this context, urgency was given to the planning and realization of the sales team’s visits to Turkey and abroad.
