New facilities for bed and quilt sewing will be operational by the end of July 2014. Box spring will also be manufactured at the plants.
Started to produce springs for mattress industry in 1996 Dosek company now expands manufacturing line to cover bed and quilt sewing and boxed spring production. Proprietor of the company Haluk Yuksel introduced his activities:
On the history of the company
Serving in the military between the years 1976 to 1996, I retired and entered in furniture business. Overcoming many problems at the beginning we now are supplying springs to the mattress industry. During the years since then, we expanded our capacity with additional machinery investments. By the year 2000 we have been exporting our products to the Balkan countries, Morocco, Tunis, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Central Asian countries and Russia, including some countries in Europe.
On products they made
Bonel springs are our major product category. We buy steel wire from domestic sources and formed them at various sizes. We can produce every size of springs for beds, and every form of them including asimetric springs, cylinder and oval springs.
On new lines of production
Recently we decided to produce quilts and beds for furniture manufacturer that make coaches and sofabeds. We will also produce boxed spring systems.
Customer satisfaction is important in our business. So we do what we can. We keep our promises to produce better quality and speedy delivery.
