İdris Göktur Babacan, Export Manager of Form Sünger, said that they wanted to emphasize the importance Form Sünger attaches to the environment and sustainability at the 2023 edition of Interzum Cologne fair.
Stating that they have been participating in the fair regularly since 2013 and that they have evaluated the gains they have made from the fair very well, Babacan stated that the industry has been adversely affected in the last 2 years after the fair was interrupted due to the pandemic.
What are your expectations from Interzum Fair?
Held once every two years, Interzum fair is one of the most important fairs of our industry. Due to the pandemic, the long last fair could not take place. After a long time, the expectations for this fair have also increased. As Form Sünger, we will have the opportunity to bring our innovations to our customers. At this year’s fair, we would like to emphasize the importance that Form Sünger attaches to environmentally friendly and sustainable production. Our stand design and the products we exhibited were handled in this context. As always, our innovative products will be taking their place at this fair. We are excited to meet our potential and current customers at the fair.
How will the fair affect your exports? Can we get your predictions?
Form Sünger has been participating in the Interzum Fair since 2013 and we continue to cooperate with many of our customers we gained from this fair. At this year’s fair, we are aiming for an efficient fair with new customer acquisitions and collaborations we will increase with our existing customers.
What kind of impact do you expect the exhibition to have on the Turkish bearing components industry?
The mattress components industry in Turkiye is advancing day by day and continues to make its name known more and more in the world. I believe that this fair will be a fair where Turkish mattress components sector stakeholders will increase their share and effectiveness.
