Katermak produces machinery with quality and technology

Started as a spare parts producer for the textile industry, Katermak company now produces multi-needle quilt sewing machinery.“Our machinery serves in a wide range of industries in general. Our products have been exported to 25 countries by now,” says Ahmet Kater, the founder of the company.

Who is Katermak?

We serve to various industries with our maintenance and revision services for machinery and we also manufacture some of the machinery needed by textile industry. We started as an importer company in 1993. Now we have a factory of 3,500 sqm.

What are the markets you serve?

Some of our machinery are used by mattress producers, apparel and home textile producers. Recently we produced machinery for quilt manufacturers. Those companies using our quilting machinery can increase their daily output % 80 and a serious reduction of costs is obtained.

In our factory we have CNC machinery that reflects our technological level. Our expert team of engineers is also developing special automation systems.

How was the year 2013?

We launched new products this year. That shows the importance we paid to research and development. As a result we acquired new customers and new references. The trend of growth has been on. We aim to reduce production costs both for us and for our customers and develop new generation machinery.
