As a newly established company, can you mention the role you have chosen for yourself in the sector and the road map you will follow?

We are planning to make newness, innovations and engineering solutions in the mattress sector with our experience of more than 20 years at Hastech Makine, which we established in 2022. We continue our activities in our firm to produce high quality, efficient and user-friendly machines with our experienced team of technicians, experts and engineers.

What kind of portfolio do you think to make in the production line?

Our portfolio includes automatic roll pack machines, single-needle and multi-needle quilting machines, mattress production machines, automatic gluing machines, mattress packaging machines, edge sealing machines, lamination machines and sewing machines for the mattress sector, which has been growing a lot in recent years.

How do you plan to follow an export path? Are there any countries that are your primary target in this regard?

The target markets will be determined by examining the trade data in the world and in Turkey, the import volumes of the current importing countries, the trade volumes with Turkey, and with the data obtained from the Ministry of Economy, Exporters’ Unions General Secretariats. In these markets, we aim to reach new customers through fair and exhibition organizations, internet and publications such as commercial catalogs/e-catalogues, and web pages.

Are there any companies in the country that you are in contact with or that you plan to partner with? If yes, what kind of partnership are you aiming for?

The location of our factory is in the organized industrial zone, close to many mattress and mattress raw material production facilities. As it is known, our city Kayseri is one of the most important production centers worldwide in the mattress sector. In this area, there are many industrial organizations related to mattresses, mattress raw materials and intermediate products, mattress production technologies. Thanks to our dialogues and contacts with these organizations, we have R&D projects on the processing of raw materials and the development of mattress manufacturing technologies. With the support of being together with mattress manufacturers, we are developing and will continue to develop user-friendly, efficient projects in our machinery and technologies.

Will you participate in the fairs that are planned to be organized at home and abroad? How important are fairs for you?

We will participate to exhibit our products at IBIA Expo 2022, which will be held in October in Turkey. In the coming years, we will progress towards our growth targets by participating in domestic and international fairs related to the sector, expanding our customer network in new markets.

Can you mention your short, medium and long-term plans and goals for the future?

Our short-term goals are to increase product diversity by completing the products forming our product portfolio as soon as possible, to complete our new machinery investments, and to increase our market share in the sector by increasing our capacity with our personnel additions.

In our medium and long-term goals, due to that the structure of materials such as foam, fabric, felt, etc. used in the mattress sector are flexible and that the transportation is hard, the use of labor in production continues intensively. In this field, we aim to develop robotic and automation solutions and technologies that will automatically load materials and reduce labor costs.
